Something I learned about Dwarves
Dwarves in Canaur have been spread out across the continent living in caverns and caves underneath the bustle of most of the major countries. No one knows why so few live in the ancestral mountains that stretch from northern Arinjhad into Thomoria. It was originally assumed that they were ran out by Giants and then the Thomorian half giant descendants kept them from ever re-settling.
After exploring deep into the ancient ruins of the Imperial Dwarven mines I have come upon a new Theory: The 15 foot tall Baphotmet worshiping Minotaur's that still inhabit the caves ran them out and have infested many of the mountains that aren't frozen over leaving little for the Dwarves to call home.
Over the years the Minotaurs have become fewer in number and the larger more feral of their group have been killed off by the Jhadi Military. Dwarves may now begin to return to their ancestral homeland and take back from the Jhadis what is rightfully theirs. If any dwarf sees a Baphomet Minotaur anywhere in Canaur there will be a bounty for bringing back it's scalp!

Re: Something I learned about Dwarves
Incidentally, the dwarves of Thomoria were bred out. Jarl MacGregor descends from dwarven and giant blood. They simply don't exist in Thomoria anymore, but their descendants are Thomorian half-giants.

Re: Something I learned about Dwarves
Actually, I have been meaning to ask. Hoss has been asking if he could as well be half-dwarf
